The villa has 629m2 built and offers 4 spacy bedrooms with 4 bathrooms,contemporary designed living room with a dining area. The lovely fireplace gives a special charm to the lounge. The colors used in the decoration are nice, with some bright accents.This villa finds the balance between functionality and personality. There is a nice fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast corner. The outdoor entertaining area is a fantastic addition to this home and one that can be used all year round. The large terrace are fully furnished and have a special “Al Fresco” dining area and an outdoor barbeque for those great evenings. In the mature subtropical gardens you will have a feeling of being surrounded by nature. There is an exterior two swimming pools. This is a very cozy place for holidays in a fantastic area of Puerto Banus, Marbella!

We will provide a quote based on a range of different people attending so if you can see from the beginning what the price would be if you have people drop out or add on to your group. If you are unsure of your group size and you are on a budget we suggest a hotel or apartments.
